The data may also be used for the compilation of statistics on the number and nature of CCSG seminars\/workshops\/programmes\/activities. The outcome of the resulting statistics will not be in a form that will identify your registration and any of your personal data.<\/p><p>It is possible that any information submitted electronically could be observed by a third party in transit.<\/p><p>Submission of the form implies you have read, understood and agreed to the Personal Information Collection Statement and Privacy Policy Statement.<\/p><p>Applications for access to and correction of personal data should be made in writing and on payment of a fee if necessary.
