Later the course has also expanded to include guest lecturers from other leading industry players like Google and Microsoft. Currently, the course is open to students of HKU\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/ppaweb.hku.hk\/programmes\/tpg\/mpa\">Master of Public Administration (MPA)<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/ppa.hku.hk\/programmes\/tpg\/mipa\">Master of International and Public Affairs (MIPA)<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/ccsg.hku.hk\/slgp\">Master of Social Sciences in the field of As a practitioner\u2013scholar, George\u2019s career spans media, technology and policy for over two decades. Prior to the HKU, George served as Meta\/Facebook\u2019s first-ever Managing Director of Public Policy for Greater China, Mongolia, and Central Asia for more than seven years, making him the most senior policy representative in the field.\n\nGeorge also served in various editorial and management positions for major media organisations including the South China Morning Post, Reuters, and Dow Jones. George was a 2014 Yale World Fellow and a 2015 fellow of the US State Department\u2019s International Visitor Leadership Program.
