{"id":1644,"date":"2020-12-14T15:46:12","date_gmt":"2020-12-14T07:46:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccsg.hku.hk\/pslb\/?page_id=1644"},"modified":"2021-05-12T15:56:15","modified_gmt":"2021-05-12T07:56:15","slug":"pslb-e-launch","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ccsg.hku.hk\/pslb\/collaboration\/events\/pslb-e-launch\/","title":{"rendered":"PSLB E-launch (Nov 6, 2020)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2><strong>HKU and HSBC jointly launch \u201cPartnership for Sustainability Leadership in Business\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"text_box\">\n\t<p>(Nov 6, 2020) In response to rapid social-ecological changes on a global scale\u2014climate change, resource scarcity, social exclusion and change of customers\u2019 aspirations\u2014 and the United Nations\u2019 call for actions to attain the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), many businesses have risen to the challenges and taken actions to contribute to sustainable development. To support and further enhance these efforts and the business sector\u2019s role in promoting sustainability, The Centre for Civil Society and Governance (CCSG) of The University of Hong Kong, with support from The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC), has initiated a four-year action research project\u2014\u201cPartnership for Sustainability Leadership in Business (PSLB)\u201d.
