David graduated from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2019 with a Master of Science degree in Philosophy and Public Policy. During his time at LSE, he acquired knowledge in analysis and evaluation of the design of public policy from philosophical perspectives. Prior to that, he obtained a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Hong Kong with a double-major in Economics and Philosophy. In 2017, David worked as an intern at a local NGO, during which he participated in a community project aimed at preserving and documenting historic local mom-and-pop stores affected by urban renewal initiatives. David now works as Research Assistant at Centre for Civil Society and Governance of HKU.
