What are your insights on how to present yourself to employers after gaining relevant training or experience in sustainability, especially given the growing number of offerings in the marketplace today?
One of the most valuable skills I’ve gained from this programme is the ability to build a strong and credible business case for sustainability, and to garner support through meaningful partnerships. These capabilities are essential to advancing ESG integration within business operations while creating shared value with stakeholders.
What advice would you give to someone looking to enhance their sustainability skills—whether a fresh graduate or a middle/senior manager seeking career development?
The programme is very versatile. It reflects the same dynamics we see within a firm—people need to talk to each other and work together. The programme offers a common language, no matter what stage you’re at in your career development. For younger generations, you can really take in the breadth of it. If you’re passionate about becoming an ESG practitioner, the programme provides a comprehensive scope of topics that will equip you well. For middle management, I think it’s more about how individual courses can add value to your daily work.
