What skills did you develop through the SLG programme and how have they impacted your career?

Through the SLG Programme, I have internalized and recognized the critical importance of sustainable development for both society and corporate enterprises. This understanding now directly informs critical decision-making processes in my daily work. 

In my role in public transportation quality assurance, I have integrated principles of sustainable oversight into our daily monitoring and audit protocols. This integrated approach delivers greater value and more comprehensive safeguards for our corporation, employees, and the community.

In what ways is sustainability leadership and governance relevant to your work?

My studies in one of the courses “Governance and Policy for Sustainability Transition” have provided me with a framework for deconstructing policy intent and forecasting its implications for business operations. This facilitates a comprehensive evaluation process, through which I can not only identify potential risks but also capitalize on opportunities by developing a multifaceted portfolio of strategic responses to policy transition.

What do you envision for the future of sustainability leadership in your industry?

I am convinced that this synergy between corporate and social interests is a definitive trend. Furthermore, my studies clarified that sustainable development is not a cost center, but a source of boundless strategic opportunity.
