Forest Bathing Experience
Suitable for participants of all fitness levels, this guided experience encourages visitors to slow down, awaken their senses, and reconnect with the healing qualities of nature.

The Forest Village Campsite is nestled within the scenic valley of Mui Tsz Lam, and is Hong Kong’s first campsite that integrates ecological conservation, rural revitalization, and immersive forest experiences. Through thoughtfully designed camping facilities and activity programmes, we hope participants can travel light while deeply exploring the many layers of the Forest Village landscape.

Forest Wellness Activities────────
Suitable for participants of all fitness levels, this guided experience encourages visitors to slow down, awaken their senses, and reconnect with the healing qualities of nature.

Led by professional yoga instructors, participants practise yoga accompanied by birdsong and cicadas, relaxing both body and mind within the forest environment.

Using the native plant Chinese Indigo (Strobilanthes cusia) together with locally sourced materials from nearby villages, participants learn traditional indigo dyeing techniques and create their own handmade blue-dyed works.

Forest Exploration Activities────────
Led by ecological guides, participants explore the forest after dark, searching for traces and sightings of nocturnal wildlife while discovering a lesser-known side of Mui Tsz Lam.

Led by rural ambassadors, participants explore the village’s history, architecture, and plants while learning about the stories and traditions embedded within Hakka culture.
(Minimum 15 participants; regular guided tours are available on Saturdays and Sundays with advance booking)
Whether you are 8 or 80 years old, tree climbing is for everyone. Guided by professional instructors, participants climb into the forest canopy to overlook the landscape and enjoy panoramic views of Mui Tsz Lam.
