Initiated by the Centre for Civil Society and Governance at HKU, the “Partnership for Sustainability Leadership in Business (PSLB)” project aims to improve SMEs’ capacities to manage sustainability challenges and strengthen the collaboration between large corporates and SMEs through integrating principles of Sustainable Development into their business strategies, operations, and value chain management.

As part of this larger effort, we have invited prominent figures to be featured in the Guru Case series to share about their insights and experiences in practicing business sustainability in the five following dimensions: enhancing ‘Corporate Governance’, strengthening ‘Workplace Culture’, building good ‘Customer-supplier Relationship’, bettering ‘Resource Management’ and improving ‘Corporate Innovation’ capacities.
