The Programme is committed to providing systemic support that aims to sustain the continual development of social entrepreneurial tools, incubation of sustainability catalyzers, and development of the commons and other social enterprises. A Recognition Scheme is developed to help institutionalize and build the brand for the sustainability catalyzers. Promising sustainability catalyzers will be provided with a Programme seed grant to kick-start or scale up the innovations. The Programme team will proactively liaise with other potential funding agencies, and explore the possibility of soliciting other community resources for the sustainability catalyzers.
