This Series covers four types of non-traditional job positions, introduces jobs with potential development to help people with disabilities understand the nature of jobs, responsibilities and promotion opportunities in different industries, etc., and to bring job seekers closer to the needs of the job market. On the one hand, it encourages people with disabilities to choose jobs that match their interests and abilities, and to broaden their imagination of different industries; On the other hand, employers can get to know more about the potential human resources and how to practice inclusive employment.
