香港大學公民社會與治理研究中心透過「賽馬會共融．知行計劃」，致力善用創新及科技（I&T），支援殘疾人士，並推動共融就業的發展。 我們與數碼轉型顧問公司及 AI 解決方案公司GreenTomato合作，舉辦了一場工作體驗及探索工作坊，對象包括社工、學生、殘疾人士及業界人士。參加者透過互動示範、分享環節及公司參觀，了解並探索 AI 如何重塑工作設計與技能需求，並探索其在促進共融就業方面的潛力。 重點內容 AI 本地化與新職位： AI 本地化正創造嶄新且更易接觸的工作機會，包括 AI Quality Support 等職位，這些職位能與殘疾人士及有特殊教育需要人才的優勢契合。
人類在 AI 發展中的關鍵角色： 人類的監督與參與仍不可或缺，包括確保內容準確性、調整語氣風格，以及進行情境判斷等。
走向與 AI 協作的新工作模式： 隨著 AI 改變職場生態，競爭力愈來愈取決於與 AI 協作的能力，促使機構重新思考工作設計，並拓闊人才來源。 在「賽馬會共融．知行計劃」計劃下，我們致力促進跨界別協作，將數碼轉型轉化為共融就業機會。
