Background and Introduction
With the continuous development of rural economy, more and more farmers began to pay attention to the development of rural industry and their own vocational skills improvement. In order to meet the needs of farmers, rural business schools have been established in various places to create a professional and high-quality industrial talent team for rural areas through education and training, technical guidance and other ways, while promoting the development of local rural industries.

Proposed Project Actions and Deliverables
- Detailed research to understand problems, needs, resources, and advantages faced by Anji Yu Village. A research report will be produced to better understand the current situation and clear direction of the community.
- Develop a long-term development plan suitable for the community based on survey results, taking into account factors such as population, resources, economic ecology, and culture. Focus on sustainability and environmental protection.
- Establish a rural innovation center with technical support and training courses to promote upgrading of agricultural production methods and industrial structure transformation.
- Provide high quality education and training opportunities for local residents. Offer practical training courses in agricultural processing, rural tourism, e-commerce, etc.
- Encourage and support entrepreneurship and employment among local residents. Provide necessary financial and technical support for entrepreneurs.
- Promote successful rural development model to other communities. Share project updates through articles, photos, and videos to draw attention to rural revitalization and development.
