WANG Yahua received his bachelor's, master's and doctorate degrees from Tsinghua University, and is dedicated to exploring solutions to China's public governance and policy issues. He is also the coordinator of the International Society for Public Affairs in China, the editorial board member of the International Journal of the Commons.

Li Xin graduated from China Foreign Affairs University and has worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for 10 years. She not only promoted China's poverty management plan, but also effectively promoted South-South cooperation in the field of international poverty reduction, contributing to the world's cause of poverty eradication. She now works with the International Poverty Reduction Center in China (IPRCC).

Chengzhi Yin is a tenured associate professor in the School of Public Policy and Management (SPPM) at Tsinghua University, China. His research interests include urban and regional planning as well as urban governance. Mr. Yin holds two Ph. D. degrees. One is Ph.D. in human geography from Peking University, China, in 2006. The other is Dr. –Ing. in architecture from the University of Stuttgart, Germany, in 2008. He is a German Chancellor Fellow of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, winner of the Special Award for Canadian Studies. He is a Member of the Regional and Urban Planning Committee of the China Association of Regional Sciences, a Youth Member of the Urban Planning Society of China – International Urban Planning Academic Committee, a member of the China-Germany Friendship Association, as well as a member of the Beijing Urban Management Society. Besides, he also serves as a co-chair of the Steering Committee of the Global Network of Master’s in Development Practice (MDP), and a member of the Academic Advisory Committee of the UN-SDSN SDG Academy.

DAI Yao is an assistant researcher at School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University. She received her Master Degree in Management from Renmin University of China and PhD from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Her interests are related to commons governance, rural studies, urbanization and local governance.

Chuang Liu will work as a postdoctoral fellow with the Institute for Rural Studies of China in Tsinghua University. He received his Ph.D. and M.A. in Rural Development from Renmin University of China in 2021. His research area focuses on cooperative economy and rural governance.

HUO Yujia , PhD, Assistant Researcher at School of Public Policy and Management and China Institute for Rural Studies, Tsinghua University. She is devoted to the research on rural governance, social intergenerational mobility and inequality of opportunity, and has extensive experience in rural research.

Meili Huan, PhD, Assistant Researcher at China Institute for Rural Studies, Tsinghua University. She once was a visiting scholar at the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics, University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her research interest includes rural governance, production economics and sustainable development.

Zhao Wang obtained her PhD from Northwestern University and is currently a postdoctoral at Tsinghua University. Her current research interests include rural governance, agricultural and rural development in the context of digitalization. She has been involved in two NSF funded projects and has extensive experience in rural research.

GUAN Changkun , PhD, Post doctor at China Institute for Rural Studies, Tsinghua University, visiting scholar of Wageningen University. She is interested in self-governance , rural revitalization. She published a SSCI paper on social networks and water theft in rural China.
