“Partnership for Sustainability Leadership in Business (PSLB)” project aims to foster closer collaboration between large corporates and SMEs with a view to integrating sustainability into their business strategies, operations, and value chain management.
As part of the self-guided, on-line resource hub, Best Practice Cases are the written case studies documenting SMEs and startups with outstanding sustainability practices in the five following dimensions: enhancing ‘Corporate Governance’, strengthening ‘Workplace Culture’, building good ‘Customer-supplier Relationship’, bettering ‘Resource Management’ and improving ‘Corporate Innovation’ capacities. On the other hand, Guru Cases are the video portraits featuring interviews of exemplary business leaders sharing their insights and experiences in putting sustainability into action.
