Biography
陳嘉敏畢業於香港大學，主修中國研究及文化、古蹟、旅遊。她畢業後曾從事大型體育及藝術項目的籌劃及行政工作，亦曾參與運用敘事與媒體以促進社會融匯的研究計劃，對以人為本、全人健康相關的項目甚為熱忱。她現正於公民社會與治理研究中心擔任項目主任，主要項目為聚創樂融計劃，協助推動社會共融和殘疾人士就業。
