柳淑芝小姐畢業於加拿大多倫多大學，雙主修統計學及社會經濟地理學，之後完成英國倫敦大學環境經濟學碩士課程。柳小姐在可持續發展方面有濃厚興趣，致力於推動可持續發展及為社會製造價值。她於項目協調及管理、數據分析、並與利益相關者保持聯繫和密切關係方面擁有資深經驗。她現任高級項目主任，主要負責社會創、新社區共融等相關項目。
