周韻芝小姐完成碩士課程後，曾參與多項與可持續發展有關的研究及規劃顧問工作。她在組織社區參與活動、舉辦工作坊，及為非政府組織、商界和政府部門提供持分份者為本及培訓活動等方面，均有豐富的經驗。她主要研究永續發展議題，包括城市規劃、社會創新、社會共融及持份者協作。自2008年起，她獲選為英國皇家規劃學會會員。她擁有不同待國際及本地變革者網絡，領導多個範疇的行動研究項目，包括可持續發展、非政府機構管治、持份者賦權、社區規劃和區域發展與融合等。
