Biography
楊樂陶畢業於香港中文大學，修讀社會科學學士城巿研究課程。及後她在英國卡迪夫大學完成國際規劃與發展碩士課程。她曾於公共和私營機構參與城市規劃相關的工作，負責有關發展控制和規劃圖則制定程序，以及參與不同土地用途研究、城市設計和規劃可行性研究。她熱衷於建設更宜居、環保和幸福的城市。近年她積極參與了不同的地方營造項目，與社區居民共創具吸引力和共融的公共空間。
