Session 5: Case Studies of Collaborative Governance

Two case studies will be introduced and discussed from the perspective of collaborative governance in this session. Both cases demonstrate the strengths of a collaborative approach in overcoming obstacles for effective rural resource management. Meanwhile, key issues and lessons learnt from adopting collaborative governance will also be highlighted and elaborated on in Session 6.
