
Dr. Naikang Feng is a postdoctoral researcher at the Centre for Civil Society and Governance (CCSG) at the University of Hong Kong, where she earned her PhD in Politics and Public Administration. Before joining CCSG, she worked as postdoctoral fellow, at Technology, Policy and Law Lab of Center for Public Affairs and Law (CPAL), City University of Hong Kong. Her research explores how AI and emerging technologies reshape government decision-making, boost public service delivery, and evolve interactions within governance networks. She also examines AI policies and regulatory frameworks to foster responsible adoption, while using computational social science methods to measure and analyze policy design and implementation. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in top journals like Public Management Review, Public Administration, Policy Studies Journal, and Public Money & Management.
