Ms. YEUNG Daisy
Daisy graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Social Science in Urban Studies. She then completed a Master of International Planning and Development from Cardiff University, UK. After graduation, she worked in the urban planning field in both the public and private sectors. At the Planning Department, she assisted in development control and plan-making process. At a private consulting company, she was responsible for planning applications, urban design reviews, land use studies and planning and engineering feasibility studies of large-scale development projects in Hong Kong. She is passionate about building more liveable, greener and happier cities. She has been actively involved in manifold community placemaking projects, aiming to create inviting and inclusive public spaces with the community.
Daisy is currently working as Project Officer at the Centre for Civil Society and Governance of HKU, where she is mainly responsible for the rural community revitalisation programme.
