Session 4: Case Studies of International, National and Local Initiatives

This session will introduce efforts at the international, national and local levels, including the key international organisations and instruments, China’s legislative and policy framework for ICH safeguarding, as well as the government initiatives in Hong Kong. A Hong Kong example of safeguarding ICH for rural revitalisation will be presented at the end.
